Hi,

Im moving to Sheffield but working in Doncaster shortly and want to bring my two horses from Wales. They have lived out all year all their lives so really grass livery is best - my cob goes a bit crazy if stables and has injured himself *WHILE* on box rest!

I'm working around the DN6 area but live in the S10 area.

Does anyone know any livery yards that offer grass livery?

Thanks!

You could try asking at the local animal feed store (or tack shop), I have had good luck that way and the people were very nice and helpful.

You could try Prior Royd farm in Grenoside Sheffield (s35)
PM me for a phone number if you want. I know the farmers and I'm sure if you explained you're situation they would be sympathetic. They don't have stables free now bit have a mixed heRd on about 15 acres and all live out year round. Fantastic access to the woods for hacking too.
I know of a few other yards in the area too :)

Trying ringing Iron Horse in Moss (DN6 area). There's always loads of livery yards advertising in that area. I might pop in on Sunday - I'll have look for you.
