What would you expect to pay for well fenced grass livery with a new field shelter.? No electric but there is water. Ungrazed by horses for 12 months. Well maintained weed free paddock. Available on a 6 month rent, Oct to April , one 12hh pony. Based Rural Shropshire/Welsh borders.

I have a 4acre field, no water on premises but i do provide it everyday and i do the poo-picking. My cob and sec a are there. I have a lady with a shetland on there and charge her £7.50 per week :) am in south shrops. Hope this helps.

gemjar82, is that per horse? or Is it for the land and you can put as many animals on it as you want to? are you based near to the welsh borders?
I was thinking of charging £60 a month to include ad lib hay. Does this sound ok?

That's good, I pay £30 a week for full grass livery but it's all full livery, as all the horses are fed together as there all in routine and rugs on and rugs off etc

:)

I'm now paying £10 a week for my 14.2, there are 6 (inc him) on 10.5 acres, good grazing, good post and rail, water in all the paddocks (which the YO checks and fills daily) elec fences. Grass schooling area but no covered storage or stables. We split the cost of hay as we go, fed ad lib during winter. Shrops/Sth Staffs border.
