I have a nice little 3 acre field at home with my 2 yougsters on it. I also have a 16.2 riding horse who came back to me after my pregnancy rather unexpectedly (he was sold). Since he has been on the field with the babies, the field is being trashed as it just isn't big enough for all 3. I have briefly tried to find a loan home for him, but after a couple of time wasters and unsuitable people, I have given up and decided to try and find livery for him as I don't really want to send him out on loan. I am really going to be stretched for time, but hoping a sharer will help. Since he has been out 24/7 he has really bloomed. He is 15 and always been a poor doer, his legs would swell in the stable and he'd walk out stiff. Now he is a good weight, and his legs are supple and don't fill. He really is thriving on 24/7 turnout. So anyone know anywhere that does grass livery in Maidstone? My efforts to rent the land surrounding mine have been in vain, so livery seems the only option.
