Grass Livery in Merseyside/Cheshire

Hi guy's.. I'm looking for grass livery within a reasonable distance to St.Helens, Merseyside. I would like sole use of the land but it's not important as I would be keen to share with other horses and owners. I wouldn't rule out a small livery yard either with 24/7 grazing. It doesn't have to be right away as the horses are currently on livery. I would also consider renting a small yard with a couple of stables. I would appreciate anything and any advice or help.. many thanks
