I am asking this on behalf of a friend - does anyone know of any good grass liveries in Guildford and surrounding areas that are reasonably priced.

Albury Equestrian/Ponds Farm is a nice yard but not cheap, not far shy of £300 for grass livery. But there is a school, plenty of grass, winter hay and superb hacking. Not sure if it includes rug changes or turnout.

I've heard from friends that Ponds is shutting/no longer taking liveries but may be wrong.

Depending on which side of Guildford your friend is looking at you have a few options....out Godalming way is Heath Farm (individual turnout, small school, BE XC course but hacking involves a fair amount of road work) I think Little Burgate also does grass livery but they often have a wait list.

Out the other side of Guildford you have Temple Court in Clandon (single sex turnout, decent sized school and decent hacking) I also think Phoenix Equestrian in Pirbright does grass livery too.
