Grass livery near Warwick University?

Am starting a postgraduate degree at Warwick in September and would like to take my 2 beasts with me. Am looking for grass livery for 2 ideally somewhere within a 10-15 mile radius of the main campus. It needs to have a manege and/or off road hacking and safe fencing.
Anyone know of anywhere? Thank you very please

I'd recommend Emily Marsh, formerly Bjorkmann. Can't for the life of me think what the yard is called but she does offer grass livery plus superb on site facilities on a pay for what you use basis. She's at Leek Wootton near Kenilworth so close to the Uni.
