We have a request from a customer for a grass livery for her horse but have no idea what the current prices for livery are. Can anyone let me know what they pay. It would be 100% field kept all year round we have shelters in the field and it would be checked daily by us. What do you pay for extras i.e use of arena, stable if needed? Does anyone have a working livery at grass and what do you pay as there is a chance it may be used for lessons as well?

I was advised £15 a week if grass livery....
I would of had to pay £35 a week for a stable which included bedding and hay...but that is quite expensive in this neighbourhood...normally £25 a week but that does not include any hay or bedding....

I dont normally do grass livery, unless an existing customer wants to buy a native/youngster. I charge £7.50 per week for the grazing with water and check on them twice each day. However, this is South Wales!

My 3yo is turned away on grass livery. I'm paying £25 a week which includes twice daily checks, hay and holding for feet trims

my old boy is on full grass livery at £35 a week during winter in oxfordshire - includes all hay and hard feed, twice daily checks, holding for vet/farrier, any other treatment he needs - it's £30 a week during summer. for grass livery where i look after him myself i've paid between £10-£15 a week.
