Grass livery wanted in Epsom/Headley area...suggestions?

Hi all, this is my first post so please be nice! I am considering buying a welsh D who currently lives out 24/7 and only gets fed hay in the winter (hard feed when ridden any time of the year) and only wears a rug in the winter. I want to keep her on grass livery in the Headley/Epsom/Tadworth area ideally. Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations or any places to avoid?
