£10-£15 a week normally. Would expect a stable for £30 a week - that's more than a lot of DIY yards charge and I come from Surrey which aint exactly cheap!
it's pretty darn hard to find anywhere that does it though - talk to friendly farmers is your best bet. if you want grass livery with a school and facilities then dream on! that would be ideal for me - i want my horses to be out 24/7 but cant find anywhere that will do it!

It is in case I have to retire my horse so I do not need the school. I would like a shelter for the winter. Do they generally have got one?

there's no "generally" about it - most grass livery is farmers doing it as an aside or people with a bit of extra land - they're usually no proper livery yards, although you will find the odd one. like i say, round here you're lucky to find anything. i'm considering sending my horse further away on retirement livery because i refuse to have him on DIY now he's retired (he detests being stabled and gets filled legs and sheath and really uncomfy) and i just cant find grass livery round here.

Places in Chobham but depending on the size of the horse it's £25 a week plus/minus a few pounds. Is that really pricey then?

yep, even for surrey you can usually find DIY with a stable for £30 a week. i used to keep my horse in normandy for a tenner a week on grass livery with access to a friend's school (although had to pay for that)
I pay £15 per week. I have the use of a stable for emergencies only, a hard-standing yard for farrier and vet visits, and space in the tack room, feed room and hay store. This is only temporary though, my horse and YO's horse were both on box rest and needed to be turned away as soon as possible, so we fenced off some of the excess field YO has and chucked them out. Mine is moving as soon as my new YO's hay is cut. Then I will be paying roughly the same for just the field.
That's pricey - I paid £25 a week for a stable, well-managed grazing and a fantastic huge rubber surface floodlit outdoor school. Not to mention great hacking. I'd happily pay £30 a week for all that (though don't tell my YO!)
