Hi I might be being really thick here but I bought some Libbys grass reins and just realised that there is only one rein in the packet. They don't look long enough to fit right round to both sides of the bit. Do they work just attatching them to one side? I haven't tried them on yet but have previously just used bailer twine and on both sides.

Er you attach them to your bridle headpeice in the middle and the two short straps to the front D rings on the saddle

You have it the wrong way around by the sound of it!!

My libby's ones have clips on each end. You attach one clip to d ring, pass it through the bit rings under the jaw and clip to the D ring on the other side.
Might not be the same though as mine were quite long.

Thanks yes I tried it on and figured it out. It is the same as yours I had just never thought of passing under the jaw, had always passed it over the top of the head before. Used it for my kids lesson and it worked brilliantly.
