your local argicultoral merchant, you need paddock seed though not just grass seed, also if you have a scats near you they do it to.

Your local agricultural merchant or e-bay, if you don't need much, ie a few acres worth at most. If you are thinking extensive grassland seeding, I would look for specialised grass contractors.

There are suppliers I think listed in the yellow pages www.yell.co.uk. I got some delivered last year for a fraction of the price to what I could buy it from Lillicoe's.
