thats good news. what ever sentance he receives wont be enough to compensate the tradegy of those poor horses.

Fantastic. I still believe that abusing an aminal and letting them suffer should be the same as what you would get if it was a person. If that makes sense.

But where it will hit most will be the pocket.

Half a million in legal fees, plus - would be my estimate. That's gotta hurt.

Second AmyMay, I hope they award legal costs to the prosecution and preferably a lifetime ban on keeping horses. Am glad that all the family have been found guilty so they can't get round a ban on keeping horses.

Costs of care of the horses to date is 800,000, add legal fees onto that and you are looking at a huge amount of money. To be honest I cant see it being recouped unless property is siezed.

Sentencing is in 4 weeks time.
