Grazing Adverts

If you were looking for livery (just grazing) and were going to put notes through peoples doors that have fields, as thats all I need, what else/ if anything would you add to this advert.

'Looking for Grazing

Do you have any grazing space for a well behaved 17hh Gelding and possibly a 13.2hh pony gelding, happy to live with mares and/or geldings.

Owners will look after field, poo pick and can arrange harrowing/ rolling if required

Small amount of storage required for feed and hay/haylage

References available

I have the opposite problem to you.. wish you were near to me.. I have put an ad out looking for someone to share my grazing. And I only seem to have had people who haven't got a clue who have replied to my ad.

I need to find grazing,is this what I should do? Put a note through doors?

Perhaps say about price and your horse is wormed/vaccinated?

When I was looking for additional grazing I wrote a short letter explaining a little about us as we were new to the area and didnt know anyone, luckily a lovely family got in touch as they had a little shetland who was alone so now our two are the best of friends.
would still like to find something to purchase though but unluckily for us the farmer that owns 99% of the land around us is totally anti-horse!
