Back in 2015 I entered a grazings agreement with two land owners. One of them let his next door come on to the lander to cut tree down with out my permission the horses went mad . Weeks later he fell out with his next door and blocked my access out to ride he wouldn’t open the gate. I told him I have find new yard as I can not ride out gave 3 months notice and left .he is trying to take me court for £2000 coz he said I broke the agreement only one landowner is take me court . That can not be legal as entered agreement with them both ?
