I am hoping someone can advise me. I am about to start renting out some land I own for grazing for horses. I have about 6-7 acres with a field shelter and am looking to rent it out to more than one horse and potentially more than one owner. I want to have a written contract in place to protect both parties from any potential future issues.
Does anyone have a copy of a contract I could use? Or can you advise me what should be included?
I have been on the BHS website and down loaded their "Livery Yard Agreement" but it I aimed more towards livery yards than just grazing.
