Grazing field after spraying

My yo had our summer field sprayed 14 days ago. Don't know what was used, but it has hit the Buttercups and some Docks. The Docks are really brown and shrivelling, but the Buttercups, mostly in flower and quite tall, just seem to be wilting, going a bit curly and turning a pale yellow. The question is, after 14 days, with the Buttercups as they are, is it safe to turn out onto? Will they eat the wilting Buttercups (I know they eat them in hay and it is quite safe), but as they have been sprayed should I try to remove them by hand first ?

Have you asked your YO? It usually says on the packaging of the product used how long to keep livestock off for.

Just said it was ok to use after 14 days, but I'm worried about them eating the still wilting stuff. Will it still be toxic if the plant is still not completely dead?

Unless there’s no grass at all, they’ll generally not touch the docks and buttercups as I think they can taste yucky, it usually it’s 2 weeks to leave off grazing..saying that mine went back out grazing after a dock killing session after a week and he’s not touched them,

We're just near the end of our two week wait �� I'm expecting them to totally ignore the dying plants.

We've done our buttercups with Headland Polo which suggests a week I think off and we've given it three weeks off. The buttercups also looked just a bit sad for the first 2 weeks but when I looked at them last night, I can't see any at all so clearly they've died and gone to buttercup heaven. I doubt the horses would eat the dried up stuff when they have fresh grass to eat.
