Grazing for rent near Consett, Co. Durham

I'm looking for someone with one gelding to share some grazing with me near Consett, County Durham. Must be able to live out all year round. Natural supply of water, natural shelter. Farmer is offering 2-3 fields ranging from 8 acres to approx 11 acres in size. (Rotate around between them depending on the time of year). Only £25-£30 ish a month!! (negotiable) Anyone interested, please PM me for more information. My horse needs a friend!!!
