grazing in east dorset

I have purchased 4 acres that I am going to rent out for horses. I keep mine at home so don't know how much to charge? It's four acres split into paddocks at the moment there is only field shelters, but in time for the winter there will be stables, how much should I charge per horse? And is there still a big need for grazing or will I struggle to fill it? Thanks in advance. X

Where are you out of interest? Depends on hacking, water, elec, how good the grazing is etc etc
