Hello everyone,
I'm new to this website and forum so apologies if this issue/query has been raised before. I'm looking for views and opinions as to whether we're paying over the odds for grazing land and stables. Very briefly we rent a barn conversion on the Shropshire/Welsh border. The building used to be part of a dairy farm and the owners live next door in the main farm house. We also rent seperately (and right next door to the barn conversion) 5 acres of grazing land.
For £500 per month (excluding the barn conversion) we get;
Aprox 5 acres of grazing land (not brilliant in terms of drainage and full usage) and no internal fencing or shelter etc
3 stables and a feed room/tack room (fairly good size) with a small courtyard (right next door to the barn conversion).
We have 5 horses (2 horses, 2 ponies and a Shetland)
Its great having the convenience of everything on your doorstep, but can't decide whether we are paying too much?
Any views?
Thanks!
