I have a mini Shetland and need a grazing muzzle could any body tell me what would be the best one to use that would fit such a small nose.
Does anybody have any experience of the green guard muzzle ? are they better than the nose bag type ones (if you know what i mean) and would the pony size one still be too big for my little chap.
Please don't suggest restricting his grazing at this is not an option at this time as he is keeping an 8 week old foal company as the mother had to be PTS and the foal is out at grass. All be it not a lot of grass but my little one has suffered lami years ago and i have keep it well under control but i cannot control the situation at the moment so just want to try and make sure my hard work is not undone.
