Grazing muzzles

What's the best muzzle for a pony with very sensitive skin that everything rubs on? He has sweet itch so will need to wear a fly mask as well.

They will all rub one way or the other to start with until the skin gets used to it. I've seen rubs from both shires and greenguard. You just need to choose which fits the best and apply cream/pad the areas for a while. It's mainly the chin that rubs.

Mines recently had a Dinkys one on due to laminitis. Yes, it rubbed a little but not as much as i feared. Fly mask fits easily over it

Shires deluxe, I padded it out where I thought it might rub (tape over stitching etc) and got the size bigger than usual and didn’t have one rub . Mine wore for 10-12 hours once introduced slowly

Ive got a greenguard & a easy breathe so rotate the 2 as they rub in different places !
