We have just moved back to the west country after too long away. Our new home has 18 acres including a 6 acre field devided into 2 x3 acre. Both have large field shelters in them now with water to both halves of the field. there is a stock proof fences already there as there were sheep in there a while ago and electric going to the shelters.
However...... without opening myself up to being taken for a ride what would be a honest and achievable rental for both? We are keeping the land as once the house and barns are done we will eventually get round to using them ourselves but we have to prioritise and kitchens and bathrooms have to come before horses.
Any advice would be welcome.

if you decide to rent keep me in mind !! Price wise I'd say maybe 20 a week? With water and electric maybe even 25?
