How much is a fair price for 2.3 acres with four stables in need of repairs if being offered as up for rent comes with use of school in main yard. But the paddock is separate and about half a mile away from main yard. East Midlands area just approx as currently paying £200 for less than 2 acres and 2 stables while sharer is paying same and getting 3 shelters and over 3.4 acres I feel unfair so any ideas on if would be worth a move
