Paul Beecher winning the Hickstead Derby on a homebred/home produced, and Trevor Breen winning the speed derby. Well done to both, especially to Paul who has worked his guts out on the circuit on home produced horses for years . So great to see him win big

Fab weekend - I remember when Tim Beecher used to come to Kill with a truck load of ponies and corresponding offspring to jump them (mid - late 90's)- true horse people.

I didn't get to see enough of Hickstead, as I haven't got Sky, but I'm pleased to say I did get to see Paul's rounds, which were just beautiful. He looked like a very worthy winner and it was touching how he credited the horse and downplayed his own role in their win
