Bernie made it through the night, owner is just about to ring now but last thing yesterday the likely hood was that he will be allowed home by the end of today if remained well through the night!

I'm a bit teary, just given Tills the biggest cuddles in the world. The vet said that if I had not taken her in yesterday morning he would definately not be still with us. He is well on the mend and apparently quite perky.

Thank you so much for all your vibes and well wishes. I will go and visit in the next few days and will be sure to take a few photos so you can all see him!

Latest update....he is home and 'resting on the sofa'! I don't think he is usually allowed on the sofa, I have warned that he will never be parted from said sofa again now, especially with Tillys blood in him, shes surgically attached to ours! Sofa dwelling is her speciality!

Such a relief he is home to recouperate now. Will be going down to give him a very gentle cuddle tomorrow. It's also his owners birthday tomorrow, what a lovely present to have him back home.
