Recently bought four rugs, all the same but different sizes. Put one on a pony and weirdly the buckle tongue wouldn’t go through the hole in the webbing on the neck fastening. Others all fine. I emailed and they said just return but I replied that I actually wanted to swop it for one that wasn’t broken. They replied that they were checking all of the remaining stock, they then just shipped out the next day a new one, without me sending the dud one back .all sorted writhing 48 hours, top service.
