greedy pony feed advice please

hi, i have a 14.2 dales x cob, hes very greedy eats his large haynet in 4 hours at night ( just found that out when i just nipped down the yard ) does anyone have feed advice to keep him fuller for longer( hes 500kg) doesnt need anymore weight, at the mo he gets 2x round scoop apple chaff & scoop quickbeet a,m & p,m, thankyou

I'd only give a handful of hard feed and soak his nets x

Get a smaller-holed haynet and soak it so you can give more of it is the only thing I can think of xx

thankyou hes so greedy what hard feed would anyone give him, hes in little work at the mo hes 10 yrs old, comes in at night.x

Do you mean the mollichop applechaff? If so there is alot of sugar in that. I would change to something like hifi lite to keep the calories down. I also give my boy a treat ball with pony nuts in. This can take him atleast 45mins sometimes to empty and I stuff his haynet with carrots. The holes are so small in haylege nets that it takes him ages to nibble his way through the carrot

He probably doesn't need fed. I'd soak and double net hay but no more. If he drops weight then add it back again.
