Green triangle on Avatar

Probably being very dumb here but what do the green triangles on the corner of some people’s avatars mean. They’re on the site at the moment?

yeah. but i think you can choose whether or not this displays in your settings.

mine is turned off, but it shows to me..... MC's does not show.
