greenmoor stud, near Leeds - anyone had any experience with them?


Friend of mine is looking for a horse and have seen them advertised a lot recently. Anyone had any experiences of dealing with them

I may be wrong, but I think this place is related to a certain person who keeps popping up under different names.There have been a couple of ads on horsemart for this place that have been removed....

Also, if you look at different horses advertised by them, they come with different 'exchange periods'....one has 1 month, another has 14 days...seems odd to me.

I think I heard that they used to be Richmond Stables but not sure....? I'm fairly new back into the horse scene after a lengthy break but am I wrong to be concerned that safe, quiet, novice, 1st horse, horses are wearing martingales (their ads on adhorse show their horses in them)? Some of them look beautiful tho...

Charlyan, I think you are right about the Richmond Stables thing. Some of the horses do look gorgeous in the pictures, but why, then, are they so ridiculously cheap...? You know who......
