I stopped by the yard this morning to help celebrate a fellow yardy's birthday and drop off a condolence card to another whose horse Ted was sadly PTS on Friday and ran into YO's wife who told me that Kal will be taking Ted's place in that field.
Can't tell you how relieved I am. Won't be for a while as we need to get the big donkey home first, he'll be on box rest and then he'll be going into a very small sick paddock for as long as the vet recommends . . . but . . . I feel much better about his new fieldmates
