grooms/stable hands/help what do/would you pay?

Out of curiosity really how much do you pay for your help and what duties does it involve?
Also what would you pay for feeding and turning out, mucking out one horse 3 times a week with 6 haynets to fill(other horses in field)

If its any help to you I muck out four horses, put them on walker turn out make feeds etc for £7 an hour but it only takes me two to do them in

I'm £7 an hour too. You just add up all times worked during the week and pay at the end of the week. Sounds like 40_45mins a day for 1 turn out, muck out,etc

Thanks for that. It usually takes me about 30 mins to 45 mins to do the whole lot. £7 sounds fair enough

I'm £9.00 an hour for general yard duties, £20 for an hour's exercise, and depending on distance, I also charge for fuel.
