Hi everyone, I am interested in doing some fun groundwork things with my mare to break up the ridden work a bit and to help get her a bit sharper/softer etc
In all honesty... I have no idea where to start!! :o I have never really done anything like this with her and since she can no longer be lunged its is very rare she gets any work with me off of her back so I think it would benefit us both mentally and physically.

Any tips/advice? I like the idea of training lateral work from the ground as I am really struggling with this on board but I just have no clue where to start! I am quite open minded on things to try so any ideas you have would be great :)

Have a look on ebay or go to the libray and get some books. I have Kelly Marks perfect manners book which has some good excersises. I also like long reining, there are lots of books on this.

I have been looking online and cant really see anything that really explains it all. I may have to look into getting some books to help!! thanks :-)
