Crow Wood do a Ryan Shannon inhand clinic, there is one on the 30th June.

Jasmine Gleave will do you a groundwork lesson if you message her.

Worth contacting Mark Fuller for groundwork, based Bolton/Burnley direction. I think they also hold groundwork/desensitisation clinics at WHW Penny Farm in Blackpool but not sure who the instructor is (sorry!)
