I am looking to purchase a piece of land, but want to make sure I leave enough money for all the work that will need doing. Please can people let me know roughly what they paid to have a base put down for say 6 stables and what does it cost to have general hardstanding around gates etc. I can't seem to find any info on this. Please pm me if you don't want to reply on the forum. Thanks
