I have a yearling welshie who has been previously well handled, I've had him a month and early on he experienced a fright making him tank off when being led, he has done it once since and now acts like he is terrified of everything
I know he needs time to settle in but feel he is taking the mick a bit
I could do with someone to come and help me get things back on track so am looking for an instructor who can come and help me re-establish the basics. I got hurt when he tanked off and I think thats having an effect on my manner when I approach him and he is picking up on my hesitancy so he jerks, I jump, he jerks and we get caught in a cycle of jumpiness!
If anyone has any recommendations for instructors I would appreciate it - qualified or not I dont mind as long as they have really good groundwork skills, obviously I would need someone who can come to me
