hi all,
i bought my horse recently and the previous owners had her tailed pulled, but i want to be able to grow it so hat i can plait it and it looks neat and tidy.
Does anyone have any tips of to how i can grow it out, but that she would still look well groomed?

thanks

Ir will take about 6 months to be able to plait it. Sasha old owner just shaved hers at the dock, so now we are about to go through loo brush stage!!

Someone did tell me that rubbing cornucrescine into it would help it grow . . . not something I've tried. I've just persevered and resisted the urge to pull/scissor/shave it. It has taken a good year and a half to get the top of the tail long enough to plait.

I suspect my boy's tail was pulled before I bought him, I reckon around July last year.

It still looks like a bit of a state at the top but I reckon you could plait it now.
