Grr. Anyone ordered a mane and tail rake from Derby House and got it

I ordered my mane and tail rake from DH two months ago and two weeks ago was told it'd be in, in the next 7 - 10 days. Still no rake. So I was wondering if anyone had ordered a mane and tail rake and got it. It is being promoted in their summer sales brochure so must be popular. Am so annoyed.

I ordered a hat from there, a week later I phoned up as it had not arrived to be told it was not due in stock for another 2 weeks. I was not happy. I cancelled the order only to get an email later that day telling me it was not in stock!
 
I have three items on order that are 'out of stock'. They were ordered about three weeks ago and I will cancel if not received by the end of the month. Can't remember the last time I ordered something from them and they actually had it!
 
i really cannot believe why they are letting their standards drop and losing any good reputation they had...as well as losing customers
 
Be careful as have heard on the grapevine they are having difficulties at the moment.....................
 
id better get onto them, im claiming back all the postage ive spent returning items (wrong colour/size/brand etc) they owe me at leat 20 quid
 
I would buy from the shop where I can take the goods away but not order online if I were you. Of course it may be wrong what I've heard but............................
 
Take a look at Stortford Saddlery on ebay - or just type in Smart Manes and Tails - these are absolutley fantstic. Ive had nothing but compliments. Tried ebay after waiting for ages for Derby House! Gd luck
