anyone experienced any problems? i ordered some things this morning online, the page didnt print it went blank so i dont know if the orders gone thru thou its not gone out of my account. not sure i'll bother with their sale next time. cant get thru on phone to speak to someone.
 
I had problems last time because the website kept crashing, and this time I did have to do my order twice as it kept taking things out of my basket - grrrr but I managed to get myself some new jodhs - yay! Bet now they won't fit!

I got a confirmation email, if you don't get one of those I think I'd assume it hasn't gone through.
 
They e-mailed me at silly o'clock this morning to tell me about the sale but the e-mail didn't hit my inbox until after 5pm. I'm kinda glad now :D
 
Everything said above has happened to me too, not this time but in previous years.

You would think that they would have sorted it out by now if they want to do sales, but if you ever want anything from them you have to get up at silly o clock and order it then.
 
Oh, i was gong to go for a look on thursday when i'm off work but maybe i won't bother now. Sounds like the shelves will be bare...

They advertised a diamonte headcollar and browband in the mag they sent me, so sure enough i go to order one this morning (for a friend, not me!) and they only have pony or full :( Although if you like pink and sparkle and have a large horse or small pony you are in luck ;)
 
Am I the only one whose never had a problem with them? :o A few things that I want have either been out of stock or not in the size I want, but when I've bought things they've never been too bad. Although I do find that their sizes are a bit off, I have a cob bridle and the throatlash is mile too long, and I bought a lot of their own brand cheap rugs for Ethel as I'm not sure if she'll out grow them and I didn't know how she was with rugs on outdoors so didn't want to spend loads. All of her rugs are the same size, 5ft9, but her heavywieght stable rug is like a skirt on her, I'm sure it's actually a 5ft6 despite the lable saying 5ft9 ... Okay maybe I have a few problems then :o
 
Only way to do robinsons sale is log on first thing with the codes of the items you need/want. Then you type in the codes and checkout. Be patient with checkout and as long as email confirmation is recieved then order has gone through. Ive learnt this after many time of stuff being out of stock and their servers crashing to late in the day. I ordered loads of the buckets, as have cracked so many in this cold weather.

Robinsons rugs are random sizes. My 5ft one looked just like a normal rug but shorter, they had not adjusted th depth at all and it came done nearly to my ponies fetlocks! Plus neck was twice as big as needed. But then ordered one for horse and it was fine.
