Grr some people!

I work for a woman with 2 horses, a retierd gelding and a welsh a.
Now the welsh a was hugeeely fat when she got it and since then her medical problems have got worse and ive taken sole care of the horses. Now im paid to go and feed the old boy groom him fuss over him ect, and her field is hugee with knee high THICK grass that was topped countless times this summer. She still insists i feed the welsh a loads! She insists shes rugged up to the eyeballs ect and its really starting to p*ss me off

Im a freelance groom and i offer lunging and stuff, but she wont pay for it. So as im to big to ride it i said that id lunge/longrein ect a few times a week off my own back because its not fair on the pony

But its like a uphill struggle, the more i work her the more she seems to put in her feed including old faithful mix when shes 8 and in nooooooooo way needs the fat

So im trying to desperatly find a rider for a 12hhish chunky welsh a, weight limit 9st, bombproof (but doesnt like chickens

) hacks alone when on leadrein. perfect to school jump ect shes a real little star .. anyone??

I would tell her that I refuse to feed it/over-rug it and if she doesn't like it she can find someone else, otherwise you are responsible for contributing to its mismanagement even if you are getting paid to do so

The last few days shes not been overrugged

Its been freeezing

I have talked to her loads of times and shes sticking to her guns

Tbh i see your point but whats better, her still being over fed and getting some excercise so the problem doesnt get worse, or giving up and her getting someone else in who wont excersice her whatsoever and she gets even worse

Im seriously considering getting a goat to eat ponies feed
