well after cutting some webbing away on cob size muzzle he still snorts:mad:
so go and buy next size up today and put it on guess what he still snorts!!:mad:
now what????????

:)

How long does he snort for?
My pony has an Aerborn muzzle and always snorts when he first has it on, but he doesn't help himself by dragging it along the ground to try and get it off, so fills it up with dust.
Once he's had it on for a few minutes he settles down to the job in hand, gets on with some grazing and I don't hear anything from him again.

the new one about a minute as he than started to rub on leg so I didnt want it too dirty if i need to take it back

My Shires one is rubbing Cleo's face terribly now, even after I added extra padding. Don't suppose anyone has a full size one that's too big and would like to swap for a cob size do they?

I'd leave him in the one you've cut some of the webbing away and see if he settles to the idea. Once my pony starts thinking about something other than his muzzle he stops snorting.

He only goes out in it overnight, he comes in a starvation paddock during the day with some hay, as if he wore it for any longer than that it rubbed him.

the snorting is normal well it was for taz, he would snort for the first ten minutes until he got used to his one and he has the shires comfort one but it has started rubbing so have had to leave it off

Yes he's au natural so to speak lol;)
well will try again later :( don't want him to suffocate on his own snot

he wasnt soo bad in next size up so
