Grrr, trailer off ebay and time wasting!

Contacted someone about a Cheval trailer that was on ebay but didn't sell. Agreed to pay the starting price which was ok for a year old trailer described as being used 9 times.
Arranged to meet halfway tonight (he was late!) and it was unbelievable, so not as described. If it has been used 9 times then it must have been round the uk each time, little tread on tyres, none of the doors closed properly, the jockey door was completely broken and twisted, it was filthy inside and out so we said no thanks.
Got home 3 hours later to find it relisted and "no more timewasters" excuse me? Who wasted whose time here????

Would have pissed me off as well, why cant people just be straight with you.

I drove all the way from Derby to london to look at a car, they didn't mention in the advert it was damage repaired

, walked away after 2 minutes, drove straight back home, what a waste of time some people are

Thanks Pedantic, peed off enough that it wasn't as described but even more so to then be described as time wasters!!!
We had a similar experience with a car once, took a mechanic back to see it (3 hours away from home) and it had been joined in the middle, 2 different cars!!

Seem to be a lot of 'not as described' trailers on ebay recently

I'd ask him a question on Ebay i.e is it a different trailer as the one you saw had a load of faults (and list them). Hopefully it will then appear at the bottom of the item description.
I feel sorry for his next victim too......

Nice one, but unfortunately the seller can choose for the questions to appear on the listing or not
