Well, he's not stupid, he's a rather smart-ar*ed, pleased with himself cob at this moment in time.
Found out last week, he doesn't like clippers. He gets in a tizz and squashes you against walls. Fair enough, so I thought, "easy life, no getting squashed, get the vet to sedate him".
Vet came today, and he doesn't like injections either.
He rears up, then squashes you against walls. We tried twitched, twitched and bridled, then twitched, bridled and with a lead rope wrapped around the stable bars. All we got was a broken lead rope. Cob remained un-doped and covered in hair. The vets coming back tomorrow, when he'll have had sedalin and be locked in the lorry.
Clever old s*d will still probably find a way to get out of it.
