Right I know I'm being ungrateful!.........However........

Oz (JRT) stays with my dad when I'm working (I work 12hrs shifts, so not fair to leave him alone).

Today I have found out that while I'm working as well as feeding the Wainwright trays I have provided, dad has been given Oz Pedigree Chum kibble!!

I mean FFS I took him of kibble (and a better one than PC I should add). Why I hear you ask............because the tray food doesn't look enough! NO that's cos it's not full of fillers and ****! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr:mad:

and breathe!

Good god you could be me :D

I rarely leave my dog with my parents at all now, unless I absolutely have to, for very similar reasons. Is he going to continue doing it? I know, regardless of whatever I said, my parents would continue to feed him and allow him to beg for food and I have controlling tendencies and cant cope with the thougt of it.......! However, if youve now told him that there is no need for it, has he agreed to not give kibble?

He claims he won't, but...........

Have told him that if Oz needed more, I would happily give him more MEAT, but as he is holding his weight I don't think he does. Have also said that if he is going to insist in feeding him kibble (against my wishes and Ozzie's best interests), to let me know, so I can buy him some half decent kibble instead of PC.

TBH dad was sulking like a kid caught with his hand in the sweetie jar!

Oh dear..i think i would be cross too.
My mum and dad used to be strict and correct with their dogs and us kids but as they have got older they have mellowed a lot.Now they feed from the table, allow begging, run to them at the slightest whimper, get up in the morning as soon as the dogs start to shout!!feed sweeties to them at set times of the day so now they expect it and start whinging at those times...2 very spoilt poodles that drive me nuts.
Mum says im having them when she goes to reside on her cloud..those boys are in for a shock:eek:
