BLOODY VETS !!!



Missy was supposed to have scan done this morning, was out at the yard for 10.50am .... Amanda was already out there cleaned her out . I had to bring kids with my due to mil going out . 11.35am rang vets to see where the hell she was .


Was only then that the nurse said she was in doing an op and was very busy .


Well then why the HELL NOT RING ME AND LET ME KNOW , HAD TO BRING MY SICK TODDLER OUT GRRRR !


a phone call ??

So no scan done but she is supposedly coming out at 3.30 afte much discussion wether it was going to be 3pm or 3.30 .. which is it ???

Yeah amymay , was in with the vet last tuesday , she had it on the computer and had my mobile number , it wasnt as if they had forgot to put it into their computer system cause i was there watching when she put it in .

Subtle strop ???

only a subtle one, so the vet knows you are not impressed, but still nice enough for the vet to continue with the scan!!!

Maybe even ask for a discount, as "you had to take the afternoon off work as well as this morning!!!"

I want her to do everything for missy so im not silly enough to jeopardise that .

But I will be letting her know that this is the second time I have been messed about , first time vet didnt bring scanner when that was the whole point of the visit and this time , esp when I had to bring my sick toddler out with me (he was only out of hospital monday .
 
how annoying esp as at the first visit they didnt bring a scanner with them
i would call the practice after the scan has been done and explain you arent happy with the service and what will they do about it.
