Grrrrrr Snow!!!!

Well, so much for me thinking the weather forecasters will get it wrong - it's been snowing since the early hours and still coming down now. Well and truly scuppered our lans of going showjumping today as too dangerous to drive a wagon on the roads. Why does this happen?? Haven't been out for ages and when you plan to go the blooming weather gangs up on you!!! Grrrrr.

It's just sods law isn't it - why can't it do things like this when I am sat in an office all week from 9 to 5 and can't ride anyway!! Very annoying. It's funny though cos now I do not know what to do - what do people do who don't have horses?! Lol

It's called Winter Shame that it has scuppered your plans though, how deep is it now?

It could be worse, really it could, it was 9C here yesterday, snow dissolving into lakes on the fields, it is now blowing a real vicious hooley out there and down to
-16C, which means that I have about 20 acres of skating rink I hate when it melts and then refreezes.

Add to that the quandry I also have, the dogs killed a racoon very late last night, too dark for me to see to deal with it, so I left it on the yard, now the poor thing is frozen to the ground I am so looking forwards to trying to pick the poor little chap up when I venture out
