Grrrrrrrrr saddles

3 weeks ago I ordered an Albion K2 Dressage Saddle and was told it would take 5 weeks to arrive, this was then pushed out to 6 weeks as my pony was inbetween sizes. I have just phoned the saddler to get an delivery date so I could book the fitting and have been told the estimated date is now 22 Jun grrrrrrr so a) what happened to the original 6 weeks b) why did nobody tell me and c) I still haven't got a saddle and can't compete until it arrives. If I'd have known it would be that long I would have gone for a different make. Sorry just had to rant!

I had to wait about 6 weeks for my Ideal dressage to come in........but it was worth the weight!

6 weeks I can cope with but this is more like 11 -more annoyed really that they haven't bothered to let me know and I have to keep chasing them. Its not like saddles are cheap things.

I had the same problems with albion when i bought my K2 jumping saddle. All I can say is it will be worth the wait

I hope so Halfpass cos I am seriously considering cancelling the order and going elsewhere at the moment, the saddlers attitude stinks quite frankly (and that's not Albion themselves by the way as I haven't dealt with them)

Might be worth getting albions number and giving them a call. I'm sure they wouldn't want to loose an order!! Just goes to show how popular they are though!!
