Someone has stolen my Horrid little Herbie and has replaced him with a lovely new pony. (comeon admit it who was it)
For somereason despite yesterdays performance. (For those who didn't see it)

I desided to ride him today. Abby who i nanny for and a friend wanted to ride out and wanted me to go with them and i have noone else to ride :(. Anyway i checked with Abbys mum and she said it was ok and her pony would be safe enough and Abby kept pestering me to go. So i thought whats the worsed that could happen. He was being quite good before all his time off.
I got him in and he was being sooooo sweet and kept wanting cuddles. I got him ready and took him down onto the road to get on.

He was so good and walked streight on :D :D :D
Then we had a whole hack nap free and it was his first hack in company for about 4 mounths. He was so good even when the track split in two and runs either side of the hedge. We where behind and Abby and Gemma went one side of the hedge and i went the other. He got a little tense but he didn't play up and relaxed again as soon as they reappeared at the other end of the hedge.
Here he is at the other end of the hedge looking so bothered to be on his own :p

And a couple of others

Then when we got back i put him in a stable while i did a couple of jobs. When we went to put the ponies back out Gemma vaulted onto Yoyo and i thought what the heck

What a Fantastic thread, so glad you had a really enjoyable ride. he obviously knows his mum needs looking after and cheering up... :D

HURRAY for the horrid one!!!

Fab pics and video! really awesome to hear that he was a good boy. He is looking so much more relaxed and willing and generally chilled out these days....(well apart from yesterdays lunge session....but we will forget about that one!!)

Big pats for such a good boy!

Bless him, he must have know you needed hugs! Have followed your posts about him and can't believe how far he has come! Well done you!!

Thanks guys He's going to be such a cool little dude one day. :D
It was a very hard hack for me. It was the last hack i ever did on Lucy :( :( But Herbie has made it a happy hack again. :) I'm so glad he behaved but that is why i look sad in the photos even though i realy felt happy. Honest :o

Thanks BobbyMondeo. I don't think he was to impressed when i first got on him bareback, bless him i think he was wondering what was going on. But he was so good and his trot is so comfy :D
