In the final line up I liked the German Wire-haired Pointer and the English Pointer best - although I'm biased as I have an English Pointer as some of you know.
Gutted there was no Vizsla in the final line up too
Also quite like Spinones so would have liked to have seen the Spinone in too.
The group judge is actually Josh's breeder (my vizsla).
Actually Moray breeds mostly Cocker Spaniels as well as Vizslas - I think he put the Cocker 4th. My mum used to breed Cockers years ago which is how I got Josh from Moray. Also Frank Kane who does the commentary breeds cockers too and lives near Mum - he used to come and look at our pups when we were kids. God I sound like some sort of doggy name dropper.
Anyway Josh slept through all the group judging but Daisy was a rapt viewer (the pointer) and she was growling at the pointer that was featured earlier in the program that was running along with the horse. She sat and growled under her breath for ages and then ran up to the telly and stood with her head cocked to one side for ages and then lay down and went to sleep after the bit about the pointer finished - it was quite funny - she obviously wasn't interested in any of the other breeds!
