Gutted!!!

Went to see if there was some unafi s/j on at a yard a used to jump at yesterday- drove up the drive and it was gone- literally flattened all the indoor schools etc- gone! have to say i was pretty gutted- had a lot of great experiences there!

Think the problem is called .......

.....litigation culture, business rates, insurance premiums, minimum wage, H&SE, water regulations, etc etc etc

plus a paying public that often 'takes' but never says 'thank you'

faced with that lot and an offer from a developer - which would you take.....?!
