All done with antibiotics sloshed up. Nothing obviously nasty up there either - I like 'assisting' on vet stuff (i.e. getting in the way) & it was interesting to see quite how narrow the entrance is to the pouch & how hard it is to get the camera in!

Bit of a lesson in how invisible strangles actually is. My mare was in the green ++ group as she'd never been in contact with the sick pony nor any of his fieldmates. No symptoms whatsoever so we'd never have known if it wasn't for the blood test. Active antibodies too so recent exposure.

All good now hopefully.
 
That must be a huge relief for you, I'm not a huge fan of waiting for a Monday vet appointment as my mind works overtime during the weekend but that test was worth waiting for
